First: Step out into a full lunge, push back, kick flip and step right back into a lunge. Try these movements on the opposite leg. Make sure abs are tight for stabilization.Try this exercise for 10 to 12 reps.
Second: Step back into a reverse lunge, swing knees up to chest, falling back into a reverse lunge. Try exercise on other leg. Try this exercise for 10 to 12 reps.
Third: Lie down on your back, bend one leg keeping the other leg straight. Drive heel down in to the floor lifting opposite leg up. Whole body should come up while keeping abs tight. Switch legs. Try this exercise for 10 to 12 reps.
