NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - An airline known for its low fares expands its services out of Louis Armstrong International Airport to include a non-stop service to Concord, North Carolina.
Allegiant is offering one-way fares on the routes for as low as $45 in celebration of the announcement. The new year-round flights from Concord Regional Airport will operate twice a week and begin on Nov. 18. The inclusion of the new route means the airline is offering non-stop services to nine cities.
"With four new routes already launched this year, we look forward to Allegiant's continued growth at the airport," said Iftikhar Ahmad, director of aviation for Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
Travelers who want to take advantage of the introductory one-way fares will want to check Allegiant's website. The airline says seats are limited and additional restrictions may apply.
