Despite John Curtis being forced to forfeit games dating from 2013-15 by the LHSAA this week, the Patriots received top billing in our Big 8 preseason prep poll. Brother Martin is ranked #1 in Class 5A preseason rankings, but only garners the second spot here.

The Big 8 poll is the top teams in the Fox 8 viewing area. We use all classifications in our rankings.
