NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Delgado Community College offers one of the best culinary arts programs in the country.

Best Choice Schools researchers rank Delgado number 15 on their list of 2016's best culinary schools. They looked for schools that offer hands-on experience, internship opportunities, modern facilities and more. Delgado's program is the only Louisiana program to make it in the top 50.

The International Culinary Center ranks number one. That program operates out of New York and California.
