Students sent home from Landry-Walker High School for a second day

ALGIERS, LA (WVUE) - For a second consecutive day, students at Landry-Walker High School in Algiers are being sent home due to problems with the water system.

A problem with the water pressure coming into the building is causing today's closure, said Tammi Griffin-Major, Executive Director of External Relations for Algiers Charter schools.

Tuesday, a water main break forced the school to close and send students home.
