BATON ROUGE, LA (WVUE) -

The LSU football team got back on track with a 34-10 win against Jacksonville St. in week two of the season.

After a lackluster first quarter in Death Valley, the Tigers turned things around when Danny Etling got his shot as quarterback. In fact, the team scored 27 points in the second quarter.

But, seven of those points came on the most electrifying special teams play of the season, provided by senior cornerback Tre’Davious White. He returned a punt for a 60-yard touchdown, that was more like a 100-yard run.

Jacksonville St. forced White to run backwards about 20 yards until he was able to elude defenders and turn it up the field for the score.

Tiger fans went bonkers. But not like the play-by-play team from KDDK | La Nueva 105.5 in Baton Rouge.

Today's work was much lighter between the Saints and Chargers was much lighter. They wore no pads only shells and helmets, and they only practiced two hours instead of two and a half like Thursday. While they certainly weren't perfect, overall the Saints had much better execution today than Thursday.  "I thought overall it was a little bit crisper today than yesterday.
