Coroner identifies man gunned down in Seventh Ward

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

The Orleans Parish Coroner released the name of the man gunned down Thursday morning in the Seventh Ward. 

The body of 21-year-old Patrick Williams was found just after 2 a.m. between two houses in the 1400 block of N. Robertson St. Police on the scene placed at least 14 evidence markers down the street from where the body was found. The coroner says man died of a gunshot wound.
