Deputies say Falcon was upset that the school let someone else sign her nephew out of school the previous day.
Investigating deputies say after interviewing witnesses that Jones confronted a teacher in an 'angry and aggressive manner' and at some point, grabbed the teacher and shoved her against the wall. The employee was able to call for help, and Falcon was reportedly asked to leave the school.
Deputies then went to Jones' home at which time she was placed under arrest and transported to the parish detention facility. ones was booked on charges of:Battery on a School Teacher and Unlawful Disruption of the Operation of a School. Jones was jailed with bond set at $6,000.
