JEFFERSON PARISH, LA (WVUE) - Jefferson Parish investigators say Rashaud Johnson is responsible for killing a man in Metairie earlier this month.
On Sept. 7, deputies began investigating the murder of Jeffery Johnson, 34, after he was found lying on the porch of a home in the 300 block of South Bengal Road. Investigators say he had multiple gunshot wounds.
One other person, a 16-year-old boy, was also injured in the shooting, while a third person managed to escape without injury.
Deputies say Johnson is responsible for the first-degree murder of Johnson, and the attempted first-degree murder of the other two victims. If you can help find him, contact Detective Donald Zanotelli at (504) 364-5300.
