NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - A juvenile was arrested Wednesday in connection with threats he allegedly made against Benjamin Franklin High School, according to an NOPD spokesman.
On Sept. 22, the NOPD received information about a 16-year-old male student at the school who was believed to be planning an act of violence against other students. Police immediately began an investigation and within days executed a search warrant at the suspect's home.

He was arrested without incident. The NOPD is working with the FBI on the investigation, which is still active and ongoing.
