St. Charles Parish teen reported missing, found safe

ST. CHARLES PARISH, LA (WVUE) - St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Department detectives say that a 15-year-old girl reported missing Saturday, has been located and is in good condition.

Police say that Corrielle Clayton, was reported missing after she never returned home following an argument that she had with a family member. Clayton was told to go to the St. Charles Parish Library, located in the Charlestowne Apartment Complex in St. Rose and wait for her mother to come home. Clayton's mother reported her missing on Monday.

According to police, she did not report to school at Albert Cammon Middle on Tuesday.

The SCPSO reported, Wednesday afternoon, that an unknown man was the last to have seen Clayton. A short time later, the SCPSO reported that Clayton was found safe and unharmed.
