One for the Weekend: LeAnn Rimes, 'How to Kiss a Boy'

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

“One for the Weekend” has a local tie-in for this weekend.

One of the most beautiful voices in country music, LeAnn Rimes, has released a new single “How to Kiss a Boy.”

You can catch Rimes Sunday afternoon at the Gretna Heritage Festival. The new song comes from the 34-year-old’s new album “Remnants” set to be released October 28th.

That's right, Rimes is 34 and it seems like she's been around a couple of decades and that's because she has!

It's almost hard to believe it was 20 years ago Rimes hit the scene as a 13-year-old with the voice of a country angel.

Rimes broke out with the Bill Mack song "Blue" which sounded so much like the voice of a country angel, the legendary Patsy Cline.

Rimes, born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in Dallas, will release her 11th album in a few weeks and has sold millions of albums around the world.

Here's the new single.
