NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans Police identified two people they say stole perfume and cologne from Walgreens in Algiers.

Officers obtained arrest warrants for Michael Dixon and Chinette Armstead for a shoplifting that happened Tuesday morning at the Walgreens at 4110 General DeGaulle Drive.

Investigators say surveillance video captured the two entering the store and emptying the entire perfume/cologne display and concealing the property inside a book bag before walking out of the store without paying for the items.

Police say Dixon and Armstead are habitual shoplifters and when caught will be booked with shoplifting and illegal possession of stolen goods.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 822-1111.
