BATON ROUGE, LA (WVUE) -

The grand prize for a raffle to help build a children's hospital in Baton Rouge would be a dream come true for any LSU fan.

There will be a raffle for a luxury condo just steps away from LSU.

Our Lady of the Lake children's hospital is raffling off a $600,000 luxury condo to benefit the new, freestanding children's hospital campus!

The purchase of a $100 raffle ticket will give anyone a chance to win the condo at the Crescent Condominiums on Stanford Avenue, overlooking the LSU lakes.

“Our Lady of the Lake" is building a new facility in Baton Rouge.

It will be a 66-acre campus adjacent to I-10 in Baton Rouge between Essen Lane and Bluebonnet Blvd.

The hospital will have six floors, one of which is set aside for future needs and expansion.

There will be 80 beds when it opens, with potential for expansion to 130.

There will be more than 350,000 square feet of patient care space. It will double the amount of current surgical space and intensive care beds.

The expanded state-of-the-art emergency department will include trauma and pediatric transport. There will also be larger, family-centered private rooms.

One full floor will be dedicated to St. Jude affiliate clinic and inpatient hematology/oncology services including infusion.

It is a children's hospital, so there will be play rooms on every floor.

There will also be a family resource center with education and support information about disease or injury.

There's also, dining room and food court with indoor and outdoor seating, a pediatric pharmacy and traditional retail pharmacy.

The drawing will be Tuesday, November 15 at 5 p.m. Tickets can be purchased until 1 p.m. on the day of the raffle.

Raffle tickets can be purchased here.
