NOPD: Man shot in the Seventh Ward

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

A man was shot early Wednesday morning in the Seventh Ward, according to initial police reports.

New Orleans police are on the scene at the intersection of St. Bernard and North Claiborne avenues.

Initial reports indicate a man was shot in his side.

No further information about the condition of the victim or a motive for the shooting is currently available.
