Houma police arrest man for marijuana possession

HOUMA, LA (WVUE) -

Houma police arrest a man after allegedly finding 118 grams of marijuana inside his vehicle. A narcotics team patrolling near East Tunnel Blvd pulled over Seth Verret, 21 for after noticing his expired license plate. Agents said they smelled marijuana and this prompted them to investigate further on November 7. The drugs have a street value of around $1,000. Verrett was charged with possession with the intent to distribute CDS I, expired License Plate, expired MVI sticker, driving under suspension, and a seat belt violation.
