NOPD: Woman shot in Pontchartrain Park neighborhood

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans police are investigating a shooting in the Pontchartrain Park neighborhood that left one woman injured. The incident occurred Wednesday evening in the 5600 block of Pauline Drive. 

Police say that the woman suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach and was brought to the hospital via private conveyance.
