NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Bargain hunters can do a little homework now to avoid making bad buys on black Friday.
WalletHub researchers note prices of some items will go up on the popular shopping day. They suggest people look up the prices of what they want now, then compare them to black Friday prices before making a purchase. Some stores are already advertising what items will cost on black Friday.
WalletHub's survey of Amazon.com inventory shows as much as 17 percent of the online retailer's items will go up in price on black Friday.
