(WVUE) -

Plan for sunshine today with temperatures reaching the low 70s this afternoon. No additional cold air is in sight this week.

That means temperatures will likely be slightly above normal for the Thanksgiving holiday in the mid-70s.

There will be a slight chance for a shower on Wednesday and again on Friday.

Rain chances will be around 20% or less.

The weekend looks dry with lots of sun on Saturday and clouds increasing on Sunday. A stronger cold front will likely bring rainy weather by the beginning of next week.

Tropical Storm Otto is near stationary in the southwestern Caribbean. It is expected to strengthen today and move east toward Nicaragua/Costa Rica later this week.
