NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - For the first time, Uber goes public with guidance it thinks will help explain why some customers get banned from car service. Previously, the policy was revealed only to drivers.
Uber's guidelines are relatively simple. Drivers want passengers to be respectful, on time, follow laws, care for the car and give people enough space to feel safe.
Drivers are asked rate passengers after each ride. That gives future drivers an idea of the type of person they're picking up. Passengers are also asked to rate drivers.
