Suspect sought in Harvey homicide

JEFFERSON PARISH, LA (WVUE) - As investigators in Jefferson Parish continue their efforts to solve the recent shooting death of Alfred Hill, an arrest warrant has been issued for Charles Johnson, AKA "CB" or "Black."

According to deputies, on November 18, 2016, around 11:46 AM, officers responded to a subject shot in the 4200 block of Lac Couture Drive in Harvey. The victim, later identified as Alfred Hill, was found in the rear of 4201 Lac Couture with a gunshot wound to the head.

While conducting a follow-up investigation into Hill's death, Homicide Detective Joe Waguespack, Jr., arrested Michael Adams, who now faces a charge of first degree murder. Jerryco Johnson, 21, was also arrested. Johnson was booked as a principal to first-degree murder in this matter.
