NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The Saints have added an edge pass rusher. Alex Okafor has agreed to terms, according to or partners at the NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.

Okafor spent the first four years of his career in Arizona. His best season was 2014 when he finished with eight sacks.

The Saints have placed a premium on getting a better pass rush this offseason. Okafor should help in that regard.

Rand Getlin reported the signing first.
