Woman accused of trying to run over ex-boyfriend wanted

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans Police want to find a woman that they said tried to run over her ex-boyfriend with her car.

They're looking for Donlanda Lafrance, 23.

According to police, it happened around 9:30 in the morning Friday, March 10.

Police said the victim was approached by Lafrance while at a gas station on Morrision and I-10 Service Roads.

He told police that he and Lafrance started fighting and she grabbed his car keys and went back to her car. 
When he went to get his keys from her, police said that Lafrance tried to hit him twice with her car. On a third attempt, the victim said Lafrance struck him causing him to fall to the ground.

As police attempted to stop Lefrance, they said she took off in her car.

Donlanda Lafrance is wanted for aggravated assault, aggravated battery and flight from an officer.
