NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Storms will increase from west to east across our area beginning overnight Wednesday and into Thursday morning. Some of the storms will be strong to severe with torrential downpours.
By late Thursday the storm threat will shift east of our area. Much drier air will move into the region on Friday but it will stay very warm. The dry and unseasonably warm weather will last into Saturday.
Another area of low pressure will bring the threat of widespread storms and possibly severe weather on Sunday into early Monday of next week.
