NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Arrest documents suggest the man accused of killing someone on Bourbon Street confessed to the crime.
According to our partners at Nola.com|The Times-Picayune, The documents indicate Luis Conde called a friend and said "He's dead. This is Luis. I killed him." The documents also indicate the friend informed NOPD officers about the call.
Investigators say that information is what led NOPD officers to the Bourbon Street location April 4 where the body of Cleveland Guillot, Junior was found.
Conde has booked with second-degree murder.
