(WVUE) - A warm Tuesday is on tap with highs reaching the low 80s in the afternoon. Rain chances will be lower Tuesday, but we still expect about 30 percent coverage.
As a ridge of high pressure builds back into the area, rain chances will lower to 20 percent each day through the rest of the week.
With these decreasing rain chances, expect to see increasing temperatures. By the end of the week, highs could reach the mid to upper 80s in spots.
Saturday night, a few showers and storms will cross the area as a cold front approaches.
Refreshingly cool air will follow with highs only in the low 70s Sunday.
