MARRERO, LA (WVUE) - Two men have been arrested in the Oct. 23 murder of a man and a woman in Marrero.

Sean Labaud, 17, is booked with two counts of first-degree murder and obstruction of justice. Terrke Johnson, 18, is booked with two counts of second-degree murder.  They are under arrest in connection with the deaths of 23-year-old Brandon Davis and 27-year-old Derielle Bernard, both of New Orleans. The victims' bodies were discovered in the 6100 block of Second Avenue. Both victims died of gunshot wounds.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said both suspects confessed to their respective roles in the murders. Labaud admitted to shooting both victims during a drug-related robbery. Investigators said Johnson confessed that he was the "look-out."
