4 pork chops
1 package instant rice
1 can beef broth
1 bell pepper
Fry pork chops well. Put your rice and beef broth in the bottom of the pan. Top with sliced onion and bell pepper. Place over rice and put your fried pork chops on top of that. Bake in the oven for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
