Bed sheet bandit sought by NOPD

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a man who stole bed sheets from a business in the Fourth District.

According to NOPD, the bed sheet bandit walked into the store on the 3600 block of MacArthur Boulevard on Monday.

The suspect filled a white plastic garbage can with several packs of bed sheets and other items, according to the report.

NOPD says he then left the store without paying for the items.
