Accused heroin dealer arrested in Houma

HOUMA, LA (WVUE) - Houma police make an arrest after a months-long undercover investigation of heroin sales in the 2000 block of Slatter Street.

Police say narcotics agents made covert purchases of heroine from 33-year-old Chad Voclain.

Early on the morning of November 10, agents followed up with a search of his home where they say they found paraphernalia used to package and sell the drug.

Chad Voclain is booked with three counts of heroin distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He's being held on $575,000 bond in the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex.
