MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

After a shakeup within the top 5 last weekend, the new College Football Playoff rankings are reflecting the big weekend. Alabama is now No. 1 after Georgia's loss to Auburn Saturday, and Alabama's win over Mississippi State. Auburn's win over Georgia jumped them from No. 10 to No. 6 in this week's rankings.

Georgia's 40-17 loss dropped them from No. 1 to No. 7. Miami's defeat of former No. 3 Notre Dame propelled Miami to No. 3 and dropped Notre Dame to No. 9. Clemson moved up from No. 4 last week to No. 2 in this week's rankings. Oklahoma breaks into the top 4 at No. 4.

Wisconsin sits ahead of Auburn at No. 5.

Next week's Iron Bowl match-up between Alabama and Auburn will determine the winner of the SEC West. That game will kick at 2:30 p.m.on CBS.
