NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - One man is in custody and three juveniles are unharmed after a SWAT roll ended peacefully Friday in Gentilly.
The standoff near St. Anthony and Selma began just before 1 p.m. after reports of a domestic incident.
Police said a man had barricaded himself in a home with three children.
At around 3:15 p.m, the SWAT truck moved in, with several shielded officers following alongside it.
Moments later, a man emerged from the house and officers took him down without incident.
There is no word on the man's identity or any charges he may face.
