NOPD investigating Uptown homicide

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans police are investigating an Uptown homicide that left one person dead. 

Officers were called to the scene Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of Robert Street. 

According to police, officers arrived on scene to find the victim's body located behind a house. Through further investigation, detectives determined that the deceased was the victim of a homicide.

We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
