(WVUE) -

The Rams ended the Saints winning streak, thanks in large part to the arm of Jared Goff. The second-year quarterback threw for 354 yards and two touchdowns, contributing to a 26-20 victory over the Black and Gold.

Goff's counterpart, Saints quarterback Drew Brees, completed 22-of-32 passes for 246 yards and a touchdown.

The Saints defense played without the services of Marshon Lattimore and Ken Crawley against the Rams, and it showed throughout the day.

The Rams got on the board in their very first drive of the contest. Goff connected with Sammy Watkins for a 5-yard touchdown. Goff racked up 49 yards passing in the opening series.

Los Angeles' other touchdown drive finished with Goff finding Josh Reynolds for a 7-yard touchdown. Goff accounted for 73 yards passing on the drive, giving the Rams a 17-7 advantage.

Alvin Kamara scored both touchdowns for the Saints in the contest. His 74-yard touchdown run represented the longest play of the season for the Black and Gold. Brees hit Kamara for a 15-yard touchdown to make the score 26-20. The rookie out of Tennessee finished with 188 yards of total offense.

Kamara burst onto the scene, mesmerized saints fans, and the entire NFL with his unique running style. His stat line, amazing: 728 yards rushing, averaged over six yards per carry, with  eight touchdowns. He also added 81 catches with five touchdowns. All the while playing just 45 percent of the Saints offensive snaps. Kamara ran away with the NFL's Off...more>>
