NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - As the high slides east, winds become more easterly then southeasterly allowing for a bit of a shift in the forecast for Tuesday. The warm-up will be noticeable Tuesday as afternoon highs bounce back into the Mid-70's. The warmer conditions will be likely through Thursday ahead of our next cold front.
Rain chances will remain low with only a slight chance at a shower Wednesday and Thursday. It appears we are heading for our driest November on record with only .05" recorded at Armstrong International since the month started.
A cold front is expected to move through Thursday night, cooling us down just in time for the start of December!
