Celebration Recipe: Hot Apple Spiced Tea

Yield: 1 gallon

4 each                          Apple Cinnamon Spiced Tea Bags

.5 gallon                      Apple Cider

8 each                         Cinnamon sticks

2 each                          Lemons, sliced into wheels

Make a half gallon of the Apple Cinnamon Spiced Tea, by steeping the tea bags as directed on the packaging. In a large pot, heat the apple cider, cinnamon, and lemon on the stove. Heat ingredients to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Before serving, strain cider mixture to remove cinnamon & lemon, if desired. Add the cider to the tea and serve hot. NOTE - If you would like to make this a spiked cider, add 12 ounces of your favorite spiced rum.
