Drew Brees went 25-of-34 passing for 269 yards, and a touchdown pass to Michael Thomas. His running backs carried a lot of the load also for the Saints.

The dynamic duo of Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara, both accounted for over 100 yards of total offense in a Saints 31-21 victory over Carolina.Kamara totaled 126 yards, with two rushing scores. Ingram racked up a 122 yards with a rushing touchdown.

The Saints improved to 9-3 on the season, and now hold a one game lead over the Panthers (8-4) in the NFC South.

"It's big. We have an extremely tough division. We got three teams all vying for that top spot, and certainly a playoff opportunity. No more important game than the next game. We knew the last four out of five for us were divisional games. This is where our best football needs to played," said Saints quarterback Drew Brees.

Welcome in to Juan's World and as you know, this blog that I do is strictly an opinion piece with a few facts sprinkled in here and there. So, with that in mind, I'm under the opinion that the Saints should've been 'expected' to look past the Jets to next weeks rematch with the Falcons. How could they not look ahead to Atlanta coming to the dome next Sunday. And before you go all 'One Game at a Time' on me, think for a second. You're supposed to beat the Jets, who came in 5-8 and wi...
