25,000 without power in Tangipahoa Parish

TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LA (WVUE) -

Over 25,000 Entergy customers in Tangipahoa Parish are without power, according to the company's website.

According to Entergy's power outage map, customers are experiencing numerous scattered outages due to the winter weather.

Entergy said personnel are working as quickly and as safely as possible to restore service.

At this time, the company expects to have service restored by 6:00 P.M.
