KENNER, LA (WVUE) - Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport has had more than 150 cancellations or delays due to weather-related issues.
A spokesperson for the airport says they are seeing the same issues at other airports across the southeast.
Some airlines, including Southwest, have run out of deicing fluid, causing further delays.
The airport recommends that people who are traveling out of New Orleans check the status of layovers. Weather delays could prevent someone from getting to their final destination.
