NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - A drier day is ahead for Saturday, and temperatures will be cool but not wet and cold like Friday.
A warm front will surge across the area Saturday night, bringing much higher humidity. Temperatures could reach the 70s Sunday before storms begin to develop. Just about everyone will see some rain and possibly storms by the afternoon and evening.
Periods of showers and storms will continue to affect us on Monday and Tuesday. Drier conditions should build in by Wednesday, but it will not be significantly cooler. In fact, it is likely to get much warmer with temperatures possibly reaching 80 degrees by Friday.
