(AP) - KeVaughn Allen bounced back from his first scoreless game in more than three years with 24 points, including a 60-footer before the halftime buzzer and two huge 3-pointers in the closing minutes as Florida beat No. 12 Auburn 72-66. Jalen Hudson added 19 points for the Gators, including a pivotal three-point play with 26.8 seconds remaining.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (AP) - Nick King scored 22 points, Giddy Potts had 17 and No. 24 Middle Tennessee celebrated its first game as a ranked team with a 79-54 victory over UAB. The Blue Raiders (23-5, 15-1 Conference USA) entered the AP poll for the first time on Monday, but hadn't played since an 87-70 victory at Louisiana Tech last Saturday. They showed no signs of any rust, jumping to a 40-19 halftime lead against the Blazers.

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) - Admiral Schofield scored 23 points, Jordan Bowden scored 15, Lamonte Turner scored 13 and No. 19 Tennessee secured a 73-65 win over Mississippi. The Volunteers jumped out to a 29-9 lead in the first 10 minutes and held off a rally by Ole Miss in the second half to earn the key road victory.

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Yante Maten had 27 points and 11 rebounds, freshman Rayshaun Hammonds scored a career-high 21 and Georgia beat LSU 93-82. Juwan Parker added 15 points as the Bulldogs (16-12, 7-9 Southeastern Conference) overcame an abysmal 3-point performance in the first half by dominating the boards and forcing LSU to lean too much on its guards to score from the perimeter.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Deon Lyle had 17 points and Giovanni De Nicolai scored nine of his 11 points in the final 5½ minutes to help UT San Antonio pull away for a 74-64 win over Louisiana Tech. Byron Frohnen had 10 points and nine rebounds while Keaton Wallace scored 10 with eight assists for UTSA.

EL PASO, Texas (AP) - Evan Gilyard scored 22 points and UTEP never trailed in its 73-44 win over Southern Miss. Omega Harris had 18 points and Isiah Osborne added 15 with eight rebounds for UTEP.
