Police hope video helps identify suspect in Gentilly shooting

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans police have released surveillance video of a person suspected in a Gentilly shooting.

The person in the video is accused of aggravated battery by shooting.

It happened on Tuesday around 3:50 a.m. in the 1800 block of Gentilly Blvd. On male victim was shot in the incident.

Detectives discovered the suspect, who was wearing a white shirt and dark pants, was seen fleeing the scene of the incident in the video.
