NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

The last of the French Quarter strip clubs targeted in ATC raids has reached a consent agreement with the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control.

Hustler's Barely Legal Club lost its liquor license temporarily alongside a handful of other strip clubs last month.

According to a news release issued by the ATC, the club reached an agreement Thursday afternoon.

"The last remaining suspended French Quarter gentlemen’s club executed a consent agreement with the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control yesterday afternoon. The February 9th hearing has been cancelled," - ATC

The ATC raid was part of a targeted crackdown on human trafficking.

The city said none of the clubs were charged with human trafficking, but the investigation did find evidence of drug use, lewd acts, and prostitution.

So far, all but one club has settled with the ATC by either agreeing to suspensions or shutting down and giving up their liquor licenses all together.

Earlier in the week the planning commission put a soft cap in place, limiting the total number of clubs to 14.

This is something dancers said limit their ability to make a living.

The ATC said as far as the raids are concerned, they don't have any problem with strippers legally dancing.
