LSP: Four on off-road vehicles arrested for reckless driving, blocking traffic on Tulane Avenue

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Louisiana State Police arrested four men for driving recklessly and blocking traffic on a busy New Orleans street. 

According to police, troopers were in an unmarked unit , Saturday at 1:30 p.m. when they noticed the four on three ATV's and a dirt bike driving on Tulane Avenue. The troopers witnessed the men blocking traffic, doing wheelies, driving on the median and running red lights. 

Police were able to stop and take all four into custody without any damage to any property. The men have been identified as 42-year-old Aundrea Pierrce Porter and 39-year-old Kenneth O. Jackson Jr., both of New Orleans, and 34-year-old Joshua M. Kingsley and 36-year-old Reynard O. Dunn, both of Great Falls, Montana. 

All four were booked for reckless operation and no helmet. Porter, Jackson and Kingsley were also charged with possession of marijuana. Jackson received additional charges for cover/painted over VIN and unlawful posting of criminal activity - social media. Porter received additional charges of resisting arrest and illegal carrying of concealed weapon.
