Coroner identifies three men shot to death on Mardi Gras

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans homicide investigators have identified three victims in two separate fatal shooting that happened on Mardi Gras.

Maurice Williams, 29, was killed by a gunshot wound in the 2400 block of St. Charles Ave. around 4:30 p.m., according to the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office.

Williams died at the hospital.

The New Orleans Police Department named Eddie Dingle, 21, as a suspect in the fatal shooting.

The coroner identified them as Jamar Robinson, 26, and Byron Jackson, 21.

The shooting is still under investigation.
