Jrue Holiday drops 36 as Pelicans top Bucks in overtime

(WVUE) - After struggling in the first half in Sunday afternoon's game in Milwaukee, the Pelicans rebounded in the third quarter and went into overtime before pulling out a 123-121 victory over the Bucks.

The win marks the fifth-consecutive for the Pelicans and it is their first five game-winning streak since the 2014-15 season.

Jrue Holiday led the way for the Pelicans (33-26) with 36 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Anthony Davis recorded a double-double with 27 points and 13 rebounds. Rajon Rondo also had a double-double with 16 points and 12 assists.

The Bucks (33-26) were led by Khris Middleton who had 25 points.

The Pelicans return home to host the Phoenix Suns, Monday night at 7 p.m.
