A windy Wednesday is in store with plenty of sunshine. Highs will only climb into the low to mid 60s this afternoon. Tonight, with continued clear skies and calmer winds, temperatures will drop quickly. The next couple of mornings will be chilly with the chance for patchy frost north of the lake on Thursday and Friday.
Sunny, dry skies and comfortable afternoon conditions will continue through the end of the work week. Then, changes will arrive this weekend as a low-pressure system organizes around our region. The timing and intensity of storms is still uncertain but there will be a chance for scattered showers and a few storms possible Saturday and Sunday.
More cool and dry air will arrive by early next week with lots of sunshine.
