LAFAYETTE, LA (WVUE) - LSU came back late to force extra innings against UL-Lafayette, but it was the Cajuns who prevailed, 4-3, in Wednesday's contest in Lafayette.
Hunter Kasuls led the Cajuns (4-7) going 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
The Tigers (9-4) were led by Austin Bain who recorded a double and two RBIs.
LSU returns home Friday to host Mississippi State in a three-game series. UL welcomes in South Alabama for a three-game series beginning Friday.
