Two more days of sunny, dry and relatively cool weather will continue. The mornings will be chilly with patchy frost possible north of the lake on Thursday morning. A few cold spots along the Pearl River and in South Mississippi may reach freezing.
A major warm-up begins on Friday and moisture increases at the same time bringing some showers to the area. A couple more disturbances will move through the region over the weekend and into Monday. Thunderstorms will be possible Sunday and Monday.
Another cold front arrives late Monday with drier weather by Tuesday of next week.
