NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - The City of New Orleans has issued a filming notice for parts of the Central Business District Thursday.

From Thursday to Friday crews will be filming in the CBD and involves the use of simulated special effects of gunfire and controlled pyrotechnics.

Sound effects will cease by 10 p.m.

There will also be street closures on the 500 and 600 block of Gravier Street and the 300 block of Picayune Place from 6 p.m. Thursday, to 5 a.m. Friday, according to the report.

These activities will be conducted under the supervision of the New Orleans Police Department and the New Orleans Fire Department.
